What is the price?
Prices are listed either by a per person or group rate within the shop page for our ready to book options. For groups requesting custom planning beyond what is offered on our shop page, we do have many more services available. The deposit made on the shop items is 5% and is refundable in the event that your booking request can not be fulfilled due to no availability.
Do you offer accommodation bookings?
We have partnerships with several hotels – complete our contact form to discuss details or let us know when we connect to confirm your activities. We also suggest you utilized Bachelorette Party Miami’s discount coupons for accommodations with AirBNB or Booking.com.
Where is the best region to stay in Miami Beach?
Mid Beach to South Beach, Miami Beach is the most desired location for your stay. It is the pulse of the nightlife, directly on the beach and loaded with restaurants. I do offer hotel recommendations to clients on request.
How far is the airport from most major hotels? What is the price for a taxi?
The Miami International Airport is 15-25 (traffic depending) minutes from the developed beaches of Miami Beach. Taxis are readily available outside baggage claim but Uber and Lyft are more affordable options. Depending on where your accommodations are situated you will pay a total of $25.00-45.00 per vehicle (plus gratuity) for a ride to your hotel. Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood International Airport is another option for arriving in the region but further from the Beach. Costing an average of $40.00 per vehicle and an average of 40 minutes to Miami Beach.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations made 6 weeks before the event will be refunded 50% of all reservations canceled. Any cancellations made within 6 weeks of the travel date will not be refunded since, by this point in time, Bachelorette Party Miami will already have paid costs to vendors who do not allow a refund. If a booked event is canceled by the vendor for any reason and can not be rescheduled, the group will receive a refund for their purchase of the activity canceled. It is the group’s responsibility to arrive on time for their scheduled events. If the group’s tardiness causes them to have a shortened activity time or miss the scheduled event, Bachelorette Party Miami is not responsible and will not grant a refund of any kind.
How is payment processed?
Once all selections have been confirmed, the group may opt to make payments or submit payment in full in planning more than 6 weeks in advance of their trip. If the bookings are within 6 weeks of the trip, payments must be made in full.
Do we offer individual invoices?

What if one person from the group cancels? Does that mean the prices increase for the remaining group members who did not cancel?
This is truly a case by case situation. Because some of the vendors we contract with charge a set price for a group while others charge per person. To prevent this issue, Bachelorette Party Miami requires the booking group to have their total group count finalized and committed prior to proceeding with invoicing.
What happens if inclement weather causes an enhancement to be canceled?
If an act of God causes an Enhancement to be canceled by the tour operator/vendor, all guests will be provided an option to reschedule or offer a full refund if the service cannot be rescheduled. If the client chooses to cancel their activity due to weather, there will be no refund granted.

We only book you the best restaurants, bars, clubs in town, thankfully we have done the research for you, so we know exactly where and when to go. All excursions and vendors are with top-rated outfitters who have been vetted many times over to ensure the optimum experience for your party.
What type of weather should I expect?
The climate is Tropical Marine; Miami enjoys year-round summer temperatures, an average annual temperature of 80°F (26°C). It’s a year-round paradise!
